LIM's

Set within striking distance of the feral fleshpots of Patong, LIM's is as far removed from sun 'n' sand gaiety as can be imagined. Under Swiss/Thai management, secluded, and decorated with contemporary minimalist touch, it provides a mouth-watering entrée to modern Thai cuisine. Papaya salad with grilled king prawns and roast duck in red curry or deep-fried sea bass with garlic and pepper. Are beautifully prepared, as is everything else. An ajacent guesthouse has double rooms at 1,500 baht a night.
